Lottie Moon Christmas Offering

Offering March will be December 17th

Starting in 1888, the Lottie Moon Christmas Offering® was established to empower the international missions efforts for Southern Baptists. After more than a century, the annual offering continues its steady growth. The National Goal this year is $160 Million. Your giving enables missionaries to be sent to make disciples and multiply churches among unreached peoples and places for the glory of God. Please be in prayer as how the Lord leads you to give. Our Lottie Moon March will be on Sunday, December 17th during our worship time together.

Joy of Christmas Angel Tree

Share the Joy of Christmas by sponsoring a child through our Angel Tree this year.  We have chosen 30 children that are from low-income families in our community.  Select one of the angels from the tree and let the ladies at the table in the church lobby know which child you have chosen.   Each child is on the tree twice - one Angel lists their toy/gift wish list, the second Angel for that child lists their clothing and shoe sizes.  Select one or both tags for each child - get your family and friends involved to make this child’s Christmas joyful this year.  Please return the gifts for your child by Sunday, December 10th with the Angel attached.

We would like to thank our Lakeview Kids for making the beautiful angels for our tree!

Transition Team Meeting Notes

The Transition Team had the second meeting on December 3rd. The notes from that meeting have been compiled and there are copies on the welcome desk in the lobby for you to pick up. We want to keep everyone informed on what has been covered in the meetings. If you have any questions, please call the church office. The next Transition Team Meeting is set for January 21
