Billy is a native of Birmingham, Alabama, but has spent all of his years of ministry up to now in Georgia. He’s a graduate of Shorter University in Rome, Ga. and has a Master’s Degree from Luther Rice Seminary. He recently observed his 40th anniversary in pastoral work. He and his wife, Betty, have been married for 38 years and have two children, Jennifer and Brandon, and 5 grandchildren. In addition to preaching God’s Word and ministering to God’s people, Bro. Billy enjoys reading, golf, and various other sports, most especially the Alabama Crimson Tide.
